We all love a good protein bar, made with simple ingredients but at the same time that doesn't taste like grainy protein and artificial flavors... this homemade version of protein bars is just perfect! So flavorful, vegan friendly, low carb and delicious!


For this recipe I kept is very simple but I also wanted to add a twist of some fall flavors such as maple and candied pecans so for that level up I included some protein clusters in vanilla blueberry that will just add that crunch to this epic recipe. We are keeping it gluten free as well!

How can we say no to a cozy and easy desserts? There's something irresistible about the taste and texture that I just couldn't resist using this maple vanilla combo in a protein bar! This recipe is low carb, high protein and easy to make.


In this recipe we are using simple ingredients and nutrient dense. From the protein powder made with simple ingredients for thickness and the tahini in here that also adds a great touch of minerals such as zinc, magnesium, B vitamins and amazing taste!

Okay, so as I mentioned earlier I'm using Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein hat it's also low carb, high protein and gluten free. It's just perfect and I loveeee it so much. But I'm also using protein clusters to add a little of extra crunch to the recipe, the ones I'm using are from Iwon Organics. The chunks in here are huge and so tasty so you can bet they did a great job in this recipe.



Also, the tahini here is just essential, you can use any nut butter you prefer but the taste of the tahini works perfectly here with the maple and candied pecans!

Maple Tahini Clusters w/ Candied Pecan Protein Bars

Serves 12 servings


Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup of Nuzest vanilla pea protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 cup of hot water

  • 1/3 cup of hemp seeds (with or without shell)

  • 3/4 cup of tahini

  • 1/4 cup of Keto Organic Maple Syrup (used Rx Sugar)

  • 1/4 cup of monk fruit


Toppings

  • 1 cup of Iwon Organics - Vanilla Blueberry Protein Granola Clusters

  • 1/2 cup of keto candied pecans (used Marigold)


Method

  1. Mix the protein with hemp seeds and granulated monk fruit in a deep bowl.

  2. Add the tahini, maple syrup and water. Mix well.

  3. Transfer to a silicone loaf dish.

  4. Top with vanilla clusters and keto candied pecans.

  5. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!
