1 sheet of gluten-free pie puff pastry dough
1 package of cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
Toppings:
1-2 cups Truwhip Original whipped topping
Sugar cookies, crumbled
