Ingredients
For the Beef:
1 lb chuck beef or milanese, sliced
1 tbsp coconut aminos
½ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 sliced jalapeño
For the Pineapple Glaze:
1 cup Ceres Pineapple Juice
2 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp granulated monk fruit
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tbsp cornstarch
For Serving:
Vegetables of choice
Sesame seeds
Dried green onion flakes
Red pepper flakes
Instructions
