"Oreo" Custard Protein Pie

Serves 2 pies


Ingredients

  • 2 low carb almond flour tortilla

  • 1/4 cup of egg whites

  • 1/2 cup of yogurt

  • 1 tsp of Prozis Pastel de Nata Flavor drops ("PURELYHL" for discount)

  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 2-4 Sundays Zero Sugar Creme Cookies

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg whites with yogurt, monk fruit and vanilla in a bowl.

  2. Heat the tortilla for 10 seconds in the microwave and place the tortilla in a spray greased small baking dish (it should fit the tortilla and like in a pie presentation).

  3. Pour the batter over the tortilla and top with crushed cookies.

  4. Air fry for 16 minutes at 325F or bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
