Passion Fruit Mango Sour

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 cup Ceres Juice Passion Fruit 100% Juice Blend (cold)
1/4 cup of Ceres Juice Mango 100% Juice Blend (cold)
1/2 limes(squeezed)
1 oz. of alcohol free gin (or regular gin)
1 tbsp of egg whites
4 drops of orange bitters
Garnish
Granulated Monk Fruit (for rim)
Raspberries
Instructions
In a shaker tin, combine all the ingredients: Ceres Juice Passion Fruit, Ceres Juice Mango, lime juice, alcohol-free gin, egg whites, and orange bitters.
Shake vigorously until well mixed.
Rim the edge of your glass with granulated monk fruit.
Fill the glass with ice and strain the mocktail mixture over the ice.
Garnish with a few fresh raspberries for a pop of color and extra flavor!
