Pretzel Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet

Serves 2 pieces


Ingredients

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp of crushed honey salted pretzels

  • 1 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips

  • Optional brown granulated monk fruit

*can replace with 2/3 cup of oat flour.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  3. Incorporate the greek yogurt, vanilla extract, water and egg whites, mix well.

  4. Transfer to a small baking dish, greased.

  5. Add the toppings.

  6. Bake for 23 minutes and let it cool and enjoy!
