French Butter Apple Granola Cardamom Cake

Serves 8 slices
Ingredients
2 cups of almond flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of cardamom
1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
1/2 cup of grain free granola
2 small chopped apples (save some slices for the topping)
1/2 cup of Taste Europe, Butter of France
3 eggs
3/4 cup of greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, use only half of the granola.
Heat the apples in the microwave for 2 minutes to make them soft.
Mix in the French butter, eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla extract and apples.
Pour the cake batter into a greased baking dish, add the rest of the granola and top with apples.
Bake for 35 minutes. Let it cool down and enjoy!
