Cookie Dough Protein Blondies

Serves 9 blondies


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of coconut flour

  • 3/4 cup of granulated stevia

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/3 Prozis chocolate fudge 100% whey protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 2/3 cup of Rawmio Almond Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Spread

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

Toppings

  • The bottom chocolate chips from the cookie dough spread (or 1/4 cup of low carb chocolate chips)

  • 1 pack of keto mini cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Pour the batter into a 8x8 silicone mold. Add your toppings.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Let It cool down, and enjoy!
