Serves 4


Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 12 oz) dumpling wrappers

  • 2 Honey Smoked Salmon® Original Smoked Salmon Fillets, flaked

  • 2 cups Napa cabbage, finely chopped

  • 2 spring onions (scallions), chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp monk fruit

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Extra toppings: chili oil, sesame seeds, chopped chives (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, Napa cabbage, spring onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Layering: In a baking dish, place a layer of dumpling wrappers, then add a layer of the salmon filling. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a top layer of dumpling wrappers.
