Ingredients
For the Salmon
4 wild-caught salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ cup unflavored whey protein (or all-purpose flour)
½ cup egg whites
1 cup crushed Fiber Gourmet Original Cheddar Thinables - PURELY for discount
For Serving
Mixed greens or your favorite salad
Chipotle cream or your favorite dipping sauce
Instructions
Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Season the salmon with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Prepare three shallow bowls:
Bowl 1: whey protein (or flour)
Bowl 2: egg whites
Bowl 3: crushed Fiber Gourmet Original Cheddar Thinables
