Salted Mocha Cookie Protein Muffins

Serves 12 muffins


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Prozis Protein Pancake Mix in Chocolate Chip flavor ("PURELYHL" for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of granulated stevia

  • 6 scoops of Chike High-Protein Coffee in Caramel

  • 4 crushed Prozis protein cookies

  • 1 1/2 cup of water

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4 cup of nut butter

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup of low carb chocolate chips

  • Sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Pour the batter into 12 silicone muffin molds. Add your toppings.

  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes.

  6. Let It cool down, and enjoy!
