Beef:
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Tacos:
6 to 8 low carb tortillas
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
6 to 8 slices American cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2/3 cup dill pickles, chopped
2/3 cup special burger sauce (optional; see quick note)
1 (7 oz) bag Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Sesame, crushed
Quick Homemade Burger Sauce (optional):
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
1 tsp pickle relish
