Beef
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp of sea salt & pepper
3 tsp of taco seasoning
1 small onion
Casserole
3 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 sliced red onion
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1 1/2 cup of queso sauce
1 7oz bag of Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Sea Salt
Toppings
1/2 cup of Mexican cream
1 sliced avocado
Chopped cilantro & red onion
Instructions
Cook the Beef: In a skillet, sauté chopped onion until soft. Add ground beef and taco seasoning, cook until browned and heated through.
