Serves 9


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced Brussels sprouts

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • â…› tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 cup unflavored whey protein (or flour)

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1 cup Kooshy Sourdough Panko

  • 1/4 cup Pepper Exchange Signature Sauce in Cayenne Creole Mustard

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Dried green onion

  • Sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Rinse and halve the Brussels sprouts.

  2. Prepare three bowls: fill one with whey protein, another with egg whites, and a third with sesame seeds.

  3. Coat each Brussels sprout in whey protein, dip in egg whites, and then cover with panko.

  4. Place the coated Brussels sprouts into an air fryer basket and cook at 355°F for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
