Serves 10 slices
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour
1/4 teaspoon baking salt
2/3 cup granulated monk fruit or regular sugar
2 large eggs
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Nielsen-Massey Premium Madagascar Bourbon pure vanilla bean paste
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Vanilla Frosting
1 teaspoon premium Nielsen-Massey vanilla
1 cup powdered monk fruit
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and baking salt.
For enhanced banana flavor, microwave the bananas for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
