Serves 10 slices


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking salt

  • 2/3 cup granulated monk fruit or regular sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon Nielsen-Massey Premium Madagascar Bourbon pure vanilla bean paste

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Vanilla Frosting

  • 1 teaspoon premium Nielsen-Massey vanilla

  • 1 cup powdered monk fruit

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and baking salt.

  3. For enhanced banana flavor, microwave the bananas for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
