The combination of these flavors is just amazing! And in some part it's also addicting, touch of the cinnamon with the cardamom is something unmissable. The flavor is just a whole new level, so playful and... gourmet.


Super fluffy and chewy blondies, gave some to some friends and loved them... they totally devoured them. On the other side I enjoyed mine with a creamy and frothy latte, or alone! Blondies are always a good idea as dessert or snack.

Vegan Churro Vegan Blondies

Serves 6 cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp of cardamom

  • 1/4 cup of ground flaxseeds

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1/2 cup of granulated brown monk fruit

  • 3/4 cup Artisana Organics Almond Butter

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup of granulated brown monk fruit

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix well and transfer to an 8x8 baking dish.

  4. Top with brown granulated monk fruit.

  5. Bake for 22-15 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
