Blender Ice Cream Cheesecake

Serves 2-3 servings
Ingredients
Cheesecake
1 pint of Halo Top Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup of cornstarch
2 whole organic egg
1/3 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) - Optional
Toppings (optional)
Brown Granulated Monk Fruit - Optional
Instructions
Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake.
Pour over the base and bake for 36-40 minutes.
Let it cool down. Add the optional granulated monk fruit for decoration, roast with a kitchen torch.
Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
