Brown Butter Apple Hazelnut Bread

Serves 6 big slices


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of gluten-free flour

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of Crystal Diamond Baking Salt

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of brown granulated monk fruit

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of European Butter

  • 1 cup finely chopped apples

  • 3 tbsp of chopped hazelnuts

Frosting

  • 1 cup of powdered monk fruit

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 3-4 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp of crushed hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. In a skillet add the butter, apples and hazelnuts. Cook in low here 4 minutes.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  4. Incorporate the butter with apples and hazelnuts, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, eggs, and mix well.

  5. Transfer to silicone baking loaf.

  6. Bake for 35 minutes and let it cool.

  7. Mix the ingredients for the glaze, top the bread with it and finish with hazelnuts.

  8. Enjoy!
