Ingredients
1 package of Dilettoso Choc-O-Lotta Amore Mix
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup chocolate almond milk or regular milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sugar-Free Caramel Frosting:
1 cup powdered monk fruit
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon butterscotch extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Decorations:
Crushed pecans
Sugar-free caramel candies
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup melted sugar-free chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf or round cake pan.
