Chocolate Banana Foster Custard

Serves 1-2
Ingredients
Flan
1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk
2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
2 organic eggs
2 tbsp of sugar alternative
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of Mexican vanilla extract
1/3 cup of sugar-free caramel syrup
Toppings
1 cup of crushed Magic Spoon Chocolate Cereal
3 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup
Banana Slices
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Blend all the ingredients for the custard.
Pour sugar-free sugar-free caramel in a small container.
Top with blended custard mix.
Place the baking dish in a bigger baking dish and fill it with water half way (water Mary method).
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the topping.
Let the custard cool down completely.
Flip carefully and add the toppings, enjoy!
