Ingredients

  • For the Muffins:

    • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats

    • 4 scoops Marigold Collagen Peptides in Cocoa

    • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

    • 1 tsp baking powder

    • 1 tsp baking soda

    • 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit

    • 1/2 tsp baking salt

    • 1 pinch of cardamom

    • 2 whole eggs

    • 3 tbsp almond milk

    • 1 cup cottage cheese

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    For the Cookie Dough Frosting:

    • 1/2 block of organic cream cheese

    • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

    • 1/4 cup almond flour

    • 1 cup powdered monk fruit

    • 4 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Toppings:

    • Protein Cookie Dough (used Fuul)


Instructions
