1 box of Bake Me Healthy Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Plant-Based Baking Mix
1 cup plant-based milk
1/4 cup coconut yogurt (or substitute with vegetable oil or melted coconut oil)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup brown granulated monk fruit
Vegan Glaze: 1 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener, 1/4 cup coconut milk, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Brownie Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the contents of the brownie mix, plant-based milk, coconut yogurt (or oil), brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well incorporated and a smooth batter forms.
