Cookie Monster Protein Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of organic rolled oats

  • 1/4 tsp of baking salt

  • 2 scoops of Nuzest Vegan Rich Chocolate Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of brown granulated monk fruit

  • 1/2 cup of Elavi  Blue Vanilla Frosting Cashew Butter (PURELYHEALTHYLIVINGBLOG for discount)

  • 3 tbsp of egg whites

  • 1/3 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips

  • Coconut oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the wet ingredients for the granola.

  3. Mix in the oats and cover entirely.

  4. Transfer the granola into a baking tray, spray with some coconut oil.

  5. Create 9 cookies and place them on a baking tray.

  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

  7. Let it cool down, mix in the chocolate chips.

  8. Enjoy!
