Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of crescent dough (thawed)

  • 1½ cups almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

  • ½ cup Nancy’s Organic Unsalted Butter (room temperature)

  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree

  • ¼ cup granulated monk fruit

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract

  • 1 whole egg

  • â…“ cup sliced almonds

  • â…“ cup melted sugar-free white chocolate


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, monk fruit, and pumpkin spice. Add in egg, butter, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth.

  3. Roll out the crescent dough, then cut into 3x3 inch squares to fit into muffin tins.

  4. Lightly spray a muffin tin with oil and press the dough squares into each cavity.
