Serves 6
Ingredients
1 package of Dilettoso Choc-O-Lotta Gluten-Free Amore Mix
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 large eggs
For the raspberry filling & frosting:
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup melted white chocolate
1/2 cup powdered monk fruit
1 cup raspberries
For topping:
Melted white chocolate
Fresh raspberries
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf or round cake pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake ingredients until well mixed.
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
