These are my iconic Easter Bunny Protein Brownies, these are just a simple and epic combo that you need to make to satisfy that sweet tooth, in a delicious and healthy way... this is not your regular brownie... this is made with healthier ingredients while also being low-carb.

This recipe overall is gluten-free, vegan and keto as well. I used the Nuzest Chocolate Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount) and some Rx Sugar alullose (MARIA 20 for discount) to keep things sugar-free but amazingly delicious, also to create some magic along with some easter bunny cookies with some easter chocolate eggs.

Easter Bunny Protein Brownies

Serves 9 brownies


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of Nuzest Chocolate Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 3/4 cup of alullose

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 2/3 cup of water

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup of Rx Sugar Alullose Chocolate Syrup (MARIA 20 for discount)

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup of crushed easter egg chocolate

  • 1/3 cup of birthday cake bunny cookies (used Annie's)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Pour the batter into a 8x8 silicone mold. Add your toppings.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  6. Let It cool down, and enjoy!
