Serves 2
Ingredients
For the Rice:
1 cup Jasmine rice
1 ½ cups water
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
For the French Onion Sauce:
1 packet French onion seasoning
½ cup milk
1 cup cottage cheese
For Serving:
2 packs of Soules Kitchen Thinly Sliced Steak
⅓ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
1 tbsp dried green onion flakes
Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the rice and chicken bouillon, stir, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes until fluffy.
In a bowl, blend the French onion seasoning, milk, and cottage cheese until smooth. Mix this sauce into the cooked rice.
