  • 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt

  • 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning

  • 1 can of San Marzano tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp of miso paste

  • 8 oz of fresh mozzarella cheese slices


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, sea salt, and Italian seasoning. Form into small meatballs.

  3. In a skillet, cook meatballs over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

  4. Add San Marzano tomatoes and miso paste to the skillet, simmering for 5-7 minutes until well blended.
