Paneer Crispy Popcorn

Serves 18 lunchables
Ingredients
1 block of Royal Mahout Whole Milk Paneer
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp sea salt
1 cup unflavored whey protein (or flour)
½ cup egg whites
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Serving:
Fresh cilantro
Curry coconut sauce
Instructions
Cut the Royal Mahout Paneer into bite-sized cubes.
In three separate bowls, place whey protein, egg whites, and panko breadcrumbs.
Combine garlic powder and sea salt with the whey protein.
Dip each paneer cube into the whey mixture, then into the egg whites, and finally coat with panko.
Arrange the coated paneer in the air fryer basket and cook at 380°F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
