Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brookies

Serves 12


Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour

  • 4 scoops of Nuzest Plant-Based Protein - Rich Chocolate (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 cup of almond milk


Filling & Toppings


Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the brownie base.

  2. Press the dough into 12 silicone muffin cups and freeze a couple of minutes.

  3. Blend the peanut spread with almond milk and vanilla protein powder.

  4. Add a scoop of the mix on top of the brownie base.

  5. Add the granola on top, cut the chocolate cups in half and top each little brookie with one half.

  6. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
