Serves 8
Ingredients
2 cups organic flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup nut butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Filling:
1 cup plant-based cream cheese
1/4 cup melted sugar chocolate
Stripes:
1/2 cup melted sugar chocolate
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the organic flour, baking soda, baking powder, and Nutrasumma Fermented Pea Protein in Chocolate.
Add the nut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
Form 16 equal cookies and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 13-14 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centers remain chewy.
