Strawberry Crunch Ice Cream Pie

Serves 2-4 servings
Ingredients
3 dairy-free rice cereal bars
1 pint Klimon Vanilla Boom Dairy-Free Ice Cream
Topping
1/3 cup of crushed freeze dried strawberries
1/3 cup of gluten-free graham cookies
2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup
Instructions
Place the rice cereal bars in a small silicone dish.
Microwave for 30 seconds and then spread evenly using a spoon.
Let it cool down and then spread the whole pint of ice cream.
Crunch the cookies and strawberries.
Mix in with caramel syrup.
Top the ice cream cake with cookies and strawberries.
Freeze for a couple of hours.
Enjoy!
