Winter Berry Honey Bars

Serves 9 pieces
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour
1 tsp of baking powder
3 bananas
2 tsp of cinnamon
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1 whole organic eggs
1/4 cup of Manuka Honey
1/3 cup of pomegranate arils
1/2 cup of grain-free pecan cranberry granola
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Microwave the bananas for 2 minutes.
Mix all the dry ingredients, save some granola for the topping.
Incorporate the wet ingredients.
Transfer to a silicone 8x8 baking dish.
Top with leftover granola.
Bake for 36-40 minutes and let it cool and enjoy!
