Ingredients

  • 2 Actual Veggie Burgers in California Garden

  • 2 cups cooked rice (your choice of white or brown)

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce (romaine or mixed greens)

  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes

  • 1 medium English cucumber, chopped

  • 1/4 cup sliced olives (kalamata or green)

  • 1/2 cup plant-based tzatzik


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 355°F. Cook the Actual Veggie Burgers in California Garden for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
