I am all about easy, high protein and always delicious dessert that anyone can make, and this recipe is another proof that eating healthy is also tasty and very convenient, this recipe requires just some few ingredients and it's absolutely delicious, high protein and mess free!
For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as greek yogurt, blue spirulina nut butter for that color, Nuzest vanilla protein, and some keto raspberry granola. A great protein snack to fuel your body. Delicious, keto friendly and gluten free protein cake!

If you are looking for a simple, delicious and easy to make high protein dessert, then this is for you! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Blue Spirulina super nut butter from Elavi and Nuzest vanilla protein, this will add that thickness factor while keeping things low carb and delicious!

Adding some instant pea protein for extra protein and fluffiness. I have been also obsessed with the Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein, perfect to add some volume and create delicious protein desserts! The ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious.
We are skipping the flours and we are using pea protein instead, I'm using my favorite plant-based Nuzest protein in vanilla to keep to high protein and low carb.
Greek yogurt and pea protein as base and a delicious protein cake, the dream team! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. While keeping your body strong and fueled with all the amino acids of antioxidants from the protein blend we are using.

Easy Protein Crumble Cake

1/3 cup of greek yogurt
1/3 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein ("PURELYHL" for discount) *
1/4 tsp of baking powder
1/4 cup of raspberry keto granola
4 packs of stevia or monk fruit
1 pack of Elavi Blue Spirulina Vanilla Cashew Butter
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the pea protein, stevia, baking powder in a bowl and then add the greek yogurt and egg whites.
Transfer into a small baking dish and top with granola.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Top with nut butter and enjoy!
