I feel like this time of the year flies so I'm also pushing on the recipes and this time I'm sharing this simple and delicious no bake recipe; vegan gluten free and low carb.
These no bake bliss bites are also vegan, low carb and gluten free. A great recipe to enjoy some gingerbread flavor, plus I'm including some superfoods to nourish your body in all the delicious ways. From the ginger to the hempseed in this recipe...just perfect, delicious and easy to make.
About these Golden Gingerbread Bliss Bites:
As easy as it can get. You only need your mixing bowl. These bites are soft, chewy, dreamy on the inside with a delicious coating of greek yogurt, monk fruit and shredded coconut. I'm including some hemp seeds with the shell from Eaton and for that gold touch I'm using Organifi Gold Super Tea powder.
These are healthy and made with simple ingredients, no inflammatory sugars, oils or gluten free!
These simple bliss bites is made with wholesome ingredients: coconut milk powder, granulated monk fruit, peanut butter, hemp seeds and greek yogurt. Everything to the blender till smooth and ready to just scoop! You'll love how soft and chewy these bits are! Plus the gingerbread combination with chocolate... just heaven!
Healthy and delicious raw bliss bites? Yes please! You don't need to bake these cookies are melt any chocolate, I just threw all the ingredients in your mixing bowl and done! Golden Gingerbread Bliss Bites

Serves 12 servings
6 scoops of Organifi Gold Super Tea
1/2 cup of hemp seeds with the shell (PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 cup of coconut milk powder
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
1/3 cup of nut butter
1/2 cup of low carb white chocolate chips
2 tbsp of cacao powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut or greek yogurt
2 tbsp of monk fruit
3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
Dye-Free Sprinkles and Cranberry Seeds
Mix all the ingredients for the bliss bites.
Scoop 12 bites and freeze a couple of hours.
Mix the greek yogurt, coconut and monk fruit for the coating and roll each bite in the mix. Top with dye-free sprinkles and cranberry seeds.
