Pistachio Caramel Protein Cheesecake

Serves 2-3 servings


Ingredients

Cheesecake

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 tbsp of granulated brown monk fruit

  • 3 tbsp of sugar-free caramel sauce

  • 1 tbsp of crushed pistachios


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake.

  3. Pour over a baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes.

  4. Let it cool down. Add your toppings.

  5. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
