Protein Chai Latte Basque Cheesecakes

Serves 12 mini cheesecakes


  • 1 block (180g) of light cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 1 cup of organic whipping cream

  • 2 whole eggs (room temperature)

  • 1 yolk

  • 1 cup of granulated stevia

  • 3 scoops of Chike High-Protein Coffee in Chai Latte

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract


  1. Mix very well all the ingredients in a large bowl until there are no lumps left.

  2. Leave the batter rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the oven at 390F.

  4. Pour the batter into 12 muffin liners and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Let It cool down in the fridge, and enjoy!
