Eggnog Protein Tiramisu

Serves 1 serving


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of eggnog (I used alcohol-free & dairy-free)

  • 1/2 cup of organic milk

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 cup of vanilla sugar-free greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp of RxSugar Granulated Alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 8 lady finger cookies

Topping

  • 3 tbsp of granulated brown monk fruit

Instructions

  1. Mix the greek yogurt with 3 tbsp of egg nog, alullose, cinnamon and vanilla extract.

  2. In a glass pour the leftover eggnog and milk.

  3. Soak completely each lady finger and place them in a small square container that fits the cookies.

  4. Add a layer of cookies, top it with a layer with the greek yogurt.

  5. Repeat the last step with leftover ingredients and refrigerate for a couple of minutes or overnight.

  6. Top with a layer of granulated monk fruit.
