  • 2 tsp of garlic

  • 1 tbsp of sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper

  • 2 tbsp of honey

  • 2 tbsp of Italian herbs

  • 2 pieces of rosemary

  • 1 chopped apple

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 cup of celery

  • 1 piece of rosemary

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Remove any filling of the turkey.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the coating and cover completely the turkey over and under the skin. In between wings and legs… also inside.

  4. Add the ingredients for the stuffing.

  5. Optional: sprinkle onion salt on top of the turkey.

  6. Since mine was 16lb I baked it for 3:30-4 hours or until the thermometer marked 175F in the breast and 165F in the thigh.
