These are super easy to make as well, gluten free, low carb and always delicious, made with some whey protein, buttermilk, greek yogurt and eggs... easy and sweet as pie!

This recipe overall is low carb, high protein, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Organic Low-Fat Buttermilk from Kalona SuperNatural and Prozis White Chocolate Whey Protein as my secret ingredients that will make this recipe so moist and extra soft... hard to say no to this one!


This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since Kalona is made from from grass-fed cows on small family farms who practice regenerative farming, Non- homogenized, low temp pasteurized dairy- as closest to raw milk as possible.

White Chocolate Protein Buttermilk Pie Bars

Serves 9 bars


Ingredients

Base

Buttermilk filling

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the ingredients for the base and spread over a 8x8 silione baking dish

  3. Blend the ingredients for the buttermilk filling and top the base with it.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes.

  5. Serve with Rxsugar cinnamon keto certified cinnamon syrup

  • *or almond flour
